1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within India using trusted courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, FedEx, and Xpressbees.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

3. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 may include a standard delivery charge at checkout.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via Email and SMS, and you can also track it on our tracking page.

5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items. An unboxing video is mandatory for return or exchange requests.

6. Are there any return charges?
Yes, a ₹199 return shipping fee applies, which must be paid by the customer. No restocking fee is charged.

7. Can I return personal care items?
No, personal care items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Razorpay. COD orders may be verified by call.
